1. Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To qualify, the item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, tags, or accessories if included
Supported by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note: Items sent back without approval may not be processed.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items π¦
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos. We will help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when eligible.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

5. Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, please return the original item after approval and place a new order for the replacement product.
6. EU Customer Returns
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
